Jesus is placed upon the Cross. He stretches forth his arms. Imagine the body, the sacred flesh placed upon the Cross. Imagine Mary as she watches the babe of Bethlehem in his new cradle laid bare, exposed on that rude wood of the Cross. Jesus stretches forth his arms and offers himself with his whole heart, His hand is stretched out for the nail to pierce. Remember it is for love of us. It is for you and me.
